Dominique Aricum

Dominique Aricum is an admitted Legal Practitioner (attorney), with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. She obtained an LL.B degree from Stellenbosch University, and a Masters in Law (cum laude) specialising in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law from the University of Cape Town in 2016. Dominique has obtained a wealth of practical experience in family law, and matters affecting women and children, during her internship at the Legal Resources Centre. She then completed her articles in Cape Town, before founding Aricum Attorneys in 2020, implementing her vision of client-orientated and dispute resolution based litigation, with a focus on those who cannot ordinarily afford legal services. Her practice mainly focuses around family law: divorce; maintenance and matters affecting children. Dominique has expanded the practice to include deceased estate administration, and she has qualified as a specialist in estate planning and administration.
