Women’s Wellness Day is proudly brought to you by Lady Liberty SA, an Organisation dedicated to the liberation and empowerment of women. We honour October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and hope that our wellness event, will enhance national efforts to raise awareness about the disease.

A 5km race will kick-off at 07h30 sharp! You can walk and/ or run it. All other activities are set to commence at 08h00, and gates will open at 08h00.

Activities Include:
– 5km Run, Yoga & Cardio Sessions
– Legal Guidance and Counselling
– Financial Wellness
– HIV Testing & Other general assessments
